One of the most talked-about Married at First Sight alums, Jasmine Secrest, has just delivered the kind of update fans love to see — and this one comes with an extra surprise.
The Season 16 star has officially become a girl mom after sharing the first photos of her newborn daughter with husband Jay Wallace, sending congratulatory messages pouring in almost immediately.
The timing makes the news even sweeter: the couple had only just celebrated their first wedding anniversary in June, meaning their latest milestone arrived fast and with plenty of emotion attached.

Jasmine and Jay are clearly starting their summer on a high note after welcoming their daughter, Alara Jade, into the world.
From the images she posted online, both mother and baby appear to be doing well. The first photo shows Jasmine smiling as she cradles her sleeping daughter, who is wrapped snugly in a soft white blanket.

Jasmine and Jay marked one year of marriage just weeks ago
The couple wasted little time in building their life together after tying the knot one year ago.
In 2025, Tea on TV reported on their lavish Tennessee wedding, and now the pace of events has left fans amazed at how quickly everything has changed.
On June 2, Jasmine marked their first anniversary by posting wedding-day photos and reflecting on the marriage milestone.
“One year down, forever to go. 🤍” she wrote. “They say the first year of marriage is the hardest, and if that’s the case, the rest of our years should be smooth sailing!”
She also shared a tender message to Jay, saying, “Thank you for being my safe place, my peace, and for holding me down like no other.”
Now, the pair has a brand-new role to embrace: parents to a newborn baby girl.
And they’re not celebrating alone. The MAFS family has already shown strong support, including fellow Season 18 new mom Emem Obot.
Amani Randall and Shawniece Jackson also joined in, leaving love and congratulations after Jasmine revealed the baby news.
