Big Brother 28 Live Feeds: Dee Contemplates Another Blindside

What would a week of Big Brother 28 be without a Blindside and Dee has really gotten into the groove of orchestrating these, but that’s not to say they’re all her “fault.” Just something she seems to apparently be deft at arranging and pulling off. Hey, it’s your $750K not mine so have at it and we’ll soak up the entertainment on the Feeds!

To set things up, right now Dee has her three Nominees as Drew, Mallory, and Taylor after Mallory was renom’d in place of LaLa. When the week started off Yash was the target until he accepted Dee’s $5K Bribe to keep all three Vets safe during his entire next HOH week. So of course he’s not going anywhere and was suddenly off the threat list.

That moved us along to Drew who was once again perceived as a traitorous threat to the Vets until suddenly he wasn’t after the blow up at the Noms Ceremony. Oh, that’ll be part of tonight’s episode too! Then once the Veto played and LaLa won her safety Dee was in the position of needing a renom and here came Mallory.

I’m sure someone will correct me if I missed the precursor to this move elsewhere, but the first I saw of talks to go after Mallory was when Devens did another camtalk session where he decided the Mallory & Melody combo in FAP was danger for his position with Drew and Barrett. He took that idea to the other Vets and everyone was on board which led Dee to renom’ing a shocked and tearful Mallory (more of that tonight on the show).

During all this Dee was leading Mallory to believe that Taylor was still the target. Dee has been assuring Mallory of this and she’s been hearing the same from Barrett who is of course being told that by Dee. But that’s not the case. Taylor is not the target for Dee this week. Dee wants Mallory out to break up FAP and bring Barrett closer to her. But the way she’s going about it could cause yet more damage to their circle of trust.

Camtalking on Tuesday night Dee told us that she feels sad about Mallory going this week but feels it is best for her game. With Mallory on the Block she feels the bridge has been burned so she needs to see this through. True! Mallory says she’s out for blood (but then doesn’t put up much of a fight, so who knows) and if she stays she wants the HOH power to go right after Dee for revenge.

Dee went on in her talk to explain why she hasn’t told Drew or Barrett. Both of these guys think Taylor is the target. Drew is of course on the Block and he’s feeling very comfy, wanting to take that Block Buster win for himself just to show his competitive prowess, but more on that later.

So leaving Barrett and Drew in the dark is because Dee doesn’t trust them to keep the secret, whether they want to or not. Dee says Barrett is bad at lying and fears he’ll let Mallory know one way or the other. Then if Mallory knows and wins the Block Buster she’ll be coming for her. Well we know that’s happening whether or not Barrett lets the cat out of the bag to Mallory & Melody.

What happens then if Drew does pull off the Buster win? Mallory is in a bad spot here. The votes are stacked against her with Barrett, Drew (having just come off the Block), and Melody voting to keep her while probably everyone else goes against her. Even if they convince Yash that Mallory over Taylor is better for his game it won’t be enough with a tie-breaker happening at 4 votes and Dee will go against Mallory here.

If instead Mallory wins the BBBB that’ll put Drew in a pretty safe spot as the Vets will want to keep their loyal puppy in Drew. Taylor will be in a very risky spot with this pairing and I fear she’ll be out the door at that point.

We’ll have that full breakdown on the vote counts later today and then more on our eviction predictions on Thursday. But for now we know that Dee is thinking a Big Brother Blindside is the way to go to protect her game and expects forgiveness from Drew and Barrett. I imagine she’ll get it too. Melody is as good as gone for Dee either way at this point and really so is Mallory if she stays.
