Coronation Street star’s famous former fiance gives her new romance with soap co-star the stamp of approval
A CORONATION Street star’s famous former fiancé has given her new romance with her co-star the green light as he makes a telling move online.
The ITV actress made her debut on the cobbles back in January after first appearing in the Corridale crossover episode.
Jonathan Howard who plays Carl Webster, and Olivia Frances-Brown who plays Jodie Ramsay on the cobbles recently went public with their romance.
The loved up new couple shared a string of cosy holiday snaps to hard-launch the happy news.
Jonathan and Olivia were seen posing with each other in pics from a recent holiday in Ibiza where they joined fellow couple – Hollyoaks‘ Jamie Lomas and his fiancé Jess Bell.
The two posed for a selfie while lying in sun beds for one photo, with another seeing them pose while out at a club together.

Fans were obsessed with the latest soap romance and were quick to share their thoughts in the comments of the sweet post.
But, eagle-eyed followers of stunning actress Olivia spotted that her BBC star ex-fiancé James Nelson-Joyce has subtly given her new romance his stamp of approval.

Actor James liked the snaps Jonathan uploaded of him and Olivia, 27, to his Instagram.
While James appears content that Olivia has moved on, hinting with the double-tap, he doesn’t actually follow her new man on social media
Olivia and TV hunk James split up back in March after they unfollowed each other on Instagram.
The City Is Ours star James and soap actress Olivia also scrubbed all traces of each other from their social media accounts – including their engagement announcement.
A source said at the time: “It’s finished. They were a rock-solid showbiz couple, and their fans will be absolutely shocked and devastated.”
The duo got engaged last August and were widely tipped to be the UK’s next golden couple.
Meanwhile, Jonathan was previously married to actress wife Elodie Yung.
His ex is best known for playing Elektra Natchios in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as Thony De La Rosa on the Fox series The Cleaning Lady.
It seems Jonathan and Olivia are completely smitten and have already taken their first trip together.
